• Invite your energetic fields to spin in a counterclockwise direction, returning all empathic bundles, projections, and responsibility that is not yours.
• Invite a gentle cleansing using color, sound, and light, cleaning your fields and receptors.
• Invite your chakras to spin counterclockwise, cleaning and dissolving all that does not match your essence.
• When it feels complete, invite your fields and chakras to spin clockwise.
• Invite your energy, creative current, and life force to return to you.
• Invite your energy to be cleaned and anchored in your own divine line.
• Invite your Higher Self to set up a supportive healing space for you as you sleep.
• Invite your body to repair and restore its etheric fabric through the night.
• Invite a gentle reweaving of your vibrational field that supports healing and restoration.
