  • Scan your energetic fields for any bundles of anxiety that you are holding that belong to others.
  • Spin your fields in a counterclockwise direction, returning all bundles of anxiety back to others.
  • Return responsibility and send appropriate energetic information.
  • Lift your grids of soothing and calm off of others.
  • Hold your fabric of soothing on yourself—spin fields in a clockwise direction.
  • Hold a safe space and model to them calm.
  • Hold a space for others to use their emotions for their own growth and evolution.
