  • Hold your awareness in your divine line.
  • Think of all the aspects you are worrying about in your life.
  • If everything in your life was ok you could then relax.
  • Instead, explore using your creative energy to relax with all that is.
  • Be in a silent mantra of, "How can I be in a relaxed state in this situation?"
  • Amplify a relaxed current within and around you as you move through the day, sleep, dream, and play.

Hold a relaxed inner state with all that is.

This is a tough nut to crack for me! I definitely try to use worry as motivation to create change. I like the idea of building the relaxation muscle. The other aspect for me is to realign to a healthy stance in creating change, using my relaxation to allow flow, PLUS using positive qualities like inspiration, power, etc. to motivate me to follow through on changes, rather than all the fear. Thank you for this!
