The Training
Aleya graduated from Lewis and Clark University, then earned both her Doctorate of Oriental Medicine and her Licensed Acupuncturist credentials from the Southwest Acupuncture School in Santa Fe, New Mexico. From there she made her way to Telluride, Colorado, where she practiced for seven years, before moving to Santa Barbara — and eventually settling in the Sierra Nevada foothills just south of Yosemite, where she now calls home.
The kind of training that teaches you everything. And then life teaches you the rest.
The Turning Point
In 2001, a profound enlightenment experience cracked her wide open — expanding her ability to perceive other realms, hear angelic beings, and access a clairvoyant and empathic awareness she hadn't quite planned for. Rather than stepping back from it, she stepped forward — gently, deliberately, and with the kind of courage that doesn't announce itself.
She devoted her life to one purpose — helping others find their way back to themselves. Not through effort. Not through force. Through something far more beautiful than either.
People who have had near-death experiences describe the same things — profound peace, boundless love, deep stillness, a connection so complete it defies language. They return changed, not because something was added to them, but because they briefly touched what was always already there.
Aleya's work exists in that same territory. Without the dying part.
The Map
Through seven foundational concepts explored in her book Seven Cups of Consciousness — published in four languages— Aleya has created a practical, living map for accessing that state. Not as a distant spiritual ideal, but as a felt experience available right now, in this body, in this life.
The work is ultimately about one thing — helping people come home to their own essence, cultivate a genuine and lasting love for themselves, and remember the peace that has always been waiting quietly beneath the noise.
The Modalities
Her modalities weave together as naturally as water finding its way — sound healing, toning, light language, energetic protocols, acupuncture, and direct work with the body deva, guides, and the higher-dimensional aspects of a person's soul.
She works multidimensionally, reaching not just physical symptoms but the karmic threads and soul-level agreements that no amount of willpower, supplements, or Sunday morning journaling has ever quite touched. Each session moves toward precisely where that person most needs to go — the tender places they have been circling for years, sometimes decades, without quite being able to land.
