Anchor Into Stillness and Calm

Today is a slow day, come back into stillness and calm.

Use today's fresh slow cup (recorded yesterday) to come into a deeper connection with the light that flows within you.

When you pull yourself into your divine line you move into a state of greater connection.

How does today's feel for you?

Do you notice a shift?

  • Take a few deep breaths into your belly.
  • Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
  • Close your eyes and gently gaze at your crown, which activates your pineal gland.
  • Inhale through your nose and exhale out your nose.
  • Use your inhale to pull all of your awareness and anchors back into your inner river of light, your divine line.
  • Use your exhale to ground and anchor into your inner river of light.
  • Continue using your inhale and exhale to pull yourself into your inner river of light.
  • Tones that help you use your breath to pull yourself into your inner light.
  • Silently chant, "Anchor in my line."
  • Snuggle up on the front of your spine.

Use your breath and tones to pull yourself into your inner river of light that carries your essence.
